RF GPS Golf Course Optimozation
Locate golf players, landscaping equipment, and golf carts (monitor driving habits and status) in real time on the PC and mobile APP.
Monitor the location of all your golf carts, equipment, mowers, and workers, with no recurring fees, without access to the Internet or slow-loading maps from a third party. With our tracking, you can better manage your carts and equipment, including monitoring the progress of your green-keeping and landscaping staff, as well as the availability of maintaining the golf cart speed.
The solution also detects theft attempts or abuse of your golf carts and equipment. You can configure keep-out zones and many other rules to notify the ranger or security if a rule is violated.
Because the system uses UHF/VHF radio frequencies, you can easily cover your whole course without monthly airtime fees, with an effective range of miles, where cellular-based systems don’t. The airtime is free, and your update rate of cart position and status is the fastest in the industry. You can easily track 100 carts with less than 10-second update rates using just one base station.

To ensure efficient and enjoyable course pace, our Operational App utilizes a smart per-hole-time-zone system. This provides a clear, detailed, and informative overview of each hole, allowing rangers to easily monitor and respond to slower flights, weather conditions, or other challenges.

Friendly & fully automated players tempo optimization
On the Player side, we apply a more prompt and non-intrusive tempo overview & management, especially on Par 4s & 5s or other holes where delays are common. Each hole is divided into multiple zones. The system is tracking and counting time when each cart enters each zone and how long they remain in a specific zone.
This data directly feeds a golf cart-mounted hardware system equipped with an unlimited mp3 recorded messages and optional two-color LED indicators or heavy-duty creen pads.
These verbal and/or visual cues help players self-regulate their tempo, while greatly supporting rangers in maintaining optimal flow across the course.
The result? A smoother, more enjoyable experience for all golfers – and a more efficient, insight-driven management tool for course operators.
