Everything your course runs on, in one system
Golf software has a line running through it. On one side is the pro shop: tee sheet, till, memberships, food and drink. On the other side is the course itself: carts, pace, turf, the crew. Almost every vendor sits on one side of that line. GolfOS was built to remove disconnections.
Three jobs, usually three vendors
The counter
Bookings, the tee sheet, memberships, academy lessons, events, sales and inventory. Most golf suites do this well, and it is where the phrase "all-in-one" usually stops.
The part that gets bought separately
Cart fleet, pace of play, turf zones, greenkeeping tasks and crew coordination. Normally a hardware company sells this, and it never talks to the tee sheet. In GolfOS it is the same one system.
A separate app, again
Booking, scoring, GPS maps, tournaments, access, statistics. Usually a third product from a third company. Here every player action lands in the same operating system the crew is reading.
One portal, two apps, one set of numbers
Management runs the course from the portal. The crew works from their phones. Players book, score and pay from theirs. All three read and write to the same place, so nothing has to be reconciled at the end of the day and nobody is keeping a second version in a spreadsheet.
Where the course is run
Tee sheet, fleet, greens, weather, revenue, members, pace, staff, and the AI layer reading across all of them.
Where the work gets done
Tasks with checklists, live positions, incidents, inventory. Built for working gloves and sunlight.
Where the round happens
Tee times, tournaments, live scoring, GPS course maps, statistics, QR access.
Twenty-five modules, grouped by the problem they solve

It can only do this because everything is in one place
A recommendation about carts is only useful if the system also knows the tee sheet, the crew roster and the weather. GolfOS does, so it can say something specific rather than something general.
Front 9 cart shortage predicted
Demand at 14:15 is 7 carts against a supply of 3. Move 3 staged carts from the clubhouse and expedite one return from H18.
Crew slot available now
Marco is idle and H9 has a 22-minute clear window. Move the 9th green aeration forward and Thursday keeps a full crew slot.
Two invoices worth checking
Invoice #4471 was booked to Thursday but the work order shows Monday. #4483 duplicates a line already captured on 8 July.

The practical details
Apps on iOS and Android
Both the player app and the crew app run on iPhone and Android phones. The player app is also on Huawei AppGallery.
Any language
Unlimited languages, set per course. Your players and your crew each see the interface in their own.
Configured from one place
Holes, slots, hours, prices, services, staff and roles are set centrally, per course, without needing an IT person.
Your booking system can stay
GolfOS connects to an existing booking system through its API. How that works →
See the whole thing on your own course
Set up around your holes and your tee sheet, so you are looking at your own course.
