Questions and Answers
What is GolfOS?
GolfOS is a Golf Operating System – an intelligence layer that connects players, golf operations, fleet movement, turf protection, and driving range, enabling courses to operate with real-time visibility and control from a single platform.
Who is GolfOS designed for?
GolfOS is built for private clubs, destination resorts, multi-course operators, and premium public facilities – any course that wants to move from reactive management to coordinated, data-driven operations.
What are the main components of GolfOS?
GolfOS consists of four operational engines: the Player Interface (Players App), the Operations Command (Crew App and online Portal), Fleet Intelligence (cart tracking and turf protection), and Driveway Automation (ball collecting, washing, tee distribution).
What does the Players App do?
The Players App allows golfers to book tee times, access live scoring and GPS guidance, request bar-cart service, scan QR codes for cart and locker access, participate in events and tournaments, and engage with pro-shop and on-course services – all synchronized with course operations in real time.
What does the Crew App do?
The Crew App gives staff a live operational view of the entire course – including bookings, cart locations, player pace, task management, damage reporting, inventory, equipment, VIP arrivals, sales management, cost tracking. and more. It replaces radios, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems with a single real-time interface.
How does Fleet Intelligence work?
Fleet Intelligence uses a dedicated UHF/VHF radio-frequency GPS system to track every cart across the course in real time. It monitors battery voltage, speed, and movement, enforces geo-fencing and zoning rules to protect turf, and enables features like auto-stop, ranger stop, and MP3 voice alerts – all without relying on WiFi or cellular connectivity.
How is GolfOS deployed?
GolfOS is offered as a whitelabel – structure and design your own digital course system in weeks, not months or years.
It is designed as a plug-and-play system. No coding, no developers, and no IT knowledge are required. The GolfOS Hub (online portal) allows full real-time personalization of all settings – from memberships and bookings to pace rules, access control, content, and e-commerce.
Can GolfOS manage multiple locations?
Yes. The GolfOS Hub supports single and multiple location management from one platform. Multi locations can be under one Company or have a multi-company integration.
Does GolfOS integrate with external systems?
Yes. GolfOS supports synchronization with external systems through the GolfOS Hub.
How does GolfOS help increase revenue?
By eliminating pace friction, GolfOS unlocks additional tee times per day. It also activates on-course spend through bar-cart requests, pro-shop access, events, and services via the Players App. Even one additional daily flight can represent tens of thousands in annual revenue.
How does GolfOS protect the course turf?
Fleet Intelligence enforces geo-fencing and zoning rules that restrict cart movement to designated areas, preventing avoidable turf damage and reducing repair costs.
What data and analytics does GolfOS provide?
GolfOS provides real-time data on cart movement, player pace, fleet utilization, battery levels, booking flow, task completion, inventory, costs, and player analytics – all accessible via the Crew App and GolfOS Hub.
How do I see GolfOS in action?
You can request an Executive Demo tailored to your course, operations, and goals. During the session, the team covers the platform overview, Fleet Intelligence, Player and Operations interfaces, deployment options, pricing, configuration, and any custom requirements. No technical preparation is required.
