Keep the booking system you already have

Replacing a booking system a club has run for ten years is a genuinely frightening thing to be asked to do. So we do not ask. GolfOS connects to your existing system through its API and works from the same tee sheet your staff already use.

How it connects

Your tee sheet stays where it is

GolfOS reads and writes bookings through your booking system’s API. Your staff carry on booking the way they do now, in the tool they know. The rest of GolfOS, the carts, the pace view, the crew tasks and the player app, works from that tee sheet as if it were its own.

A course can run it this way permanently, and that is fine with us. Some will move their bookings across later because the crew asks for it. Nobody has to decide that on day one.

  • Bookings flow both ways through the API. Staff keep their existing booking screen. Carts, pace, crew and players run from the same sheet. Moving bookings across later is an option, not a condition

Everything else

Cart fleet, pace, turf zones, crew tasks, tournaments, the player app, and the AI layer reading across all of it.

The honest part

“You don’t have to replace it” is not the whole answer

It removes the stated reason. It does not touch the real one, which is that a new system means something new to learn, for people who are already busy. We know that, so here is what learning it actually looks like.

  • We set the course up with you. Holes, slots, hours, prices, services, staff and roles. Done together, not sent as a form.
  • We train on site. The crew app is built for people working outdoors, and the training happens there too.
  • You start with one area. The part that costs you the most time this season. Nothing else until you ask.
  • There is a person. When something goes wrong, you reach someone who knows your course, not a ticket queue.
Week one

Setup, together

Course configured, API connected to your booking system, staff and roles loaded.

Week two

Crew on site

Training on the course, tasks for the season loaded, the television in the crew room switched on.

The season

One area, running

Carts and pace, or greenkeeping. Your booking system untouched. A named person a phone call away.

Next season

Your call

When the crew asks for the next piece, we turn it on. If they do not ask, we have not earned it yet.

Your data

It is yours, and it stays yours

You can export your data at any time. And because we connect to your booking system rather than replacing it, the core of your operation stays independent of us either way. If you ever stopped using GolfOS, your tee sheet would still be exactly where it was.

What we are asked, and what we say

"What happens to us if you disappear?"
Your data is exportable. Your booking system is untouched. Our other systems have run for years; Charter Manager App ran the whole 2025/26 season without a failure. That is an operating record, not a guarantee, and we say so.
"We only wanted the cart thing."
Then take just that. The system is modular. The rest is there when and if you want it.
