What GolfOS costs, and what decides it
Pricing for the 2027 season, we would rather give you a real number on a call than a made-up one on a page. What we can tell you here is exactly what the number depends on, and what most courses stop paying for when they move.
Per course, per month, four things
The size of the course
Nine holes, eighteen, more. An academy and a range count too.
How many carts
Fleet tracking is priced by the number of carts on the network.
Which parts you switch on
Carts and pace only, or greenkeeping only. Start small.
Whether you want the hardware
Cart tracking needs units on the carts and a base station. Priced separately, once.
Compare the total, not the line item
Most courses are already paying several vendors: one for bookings, one for cart tracking, one for greenkeeping software, sometimes one for tournaments. Each of those is a contract, an invoice and a login.
When a course moves to GolfOS it can cancel one or two of them. So the figure worth comparing is the total you pay today for systems that do not talk to each other, against one system that does. For a lot of courses the consolidation covers a meaningful part of the cost.
We will do that arithmetic with you on the call, with your real contracts.
| Today | Typical vendor | On GolfOS |
|---|---|---|
| Bookings and tee sheet | Booking software contract | Included, or kept via API |
| Cart tracking and pace | GPS hardware vendor, per cart, monthly | Included, no airtime fees |
| Greenkeeping tasks | Task app, or paper | Included |
| Tournament scoring | Tournament software, annual | Included |
| Player app | Branded app vendor | Included |
| Radios, spreadsheets, retyping | Staff time | Mostly gone |
What we will tell you, specifically
No ranges, no “it depends”. Bring your current contracts and we bring the numbers.
- ·The monthly figure for your course, not a range
- ·What the setup costs and exactly what is included in it
- ·Which of your current contracts this replaces
- ·What the cart hardware costs, once, if you want tracking
- ·What happens to your data if you ever leave
- ·What a first season with one module looks like, and costs
